my desk chair doesn't, nut let me tell you, if you want a good looking swivel on wheels, then look no further than the arper catifa 46 chair. i like it without the wheels the most, but anyway the price tag means it's a lifetime desk chair :)
I know all about your dillemma! - I have struggled with finding a good looking desk chair for a looong time. Hope you manage to find something nice I can buy too! :)
I used to work for a commercial furniture company and I can confidently tell you that there are NO great looking ergonomic chairs on the market that aren't over the $500 mark.
I have a four-leg clear plastic shell chair as my desk chair here at home, it's not ergonomic in any way - but then I also don't spend great periods of time sitting in at any stage.
We've got four of these in white. - If you're considering buying one, I hope it's just ment for you. We have two children and my daughter sat on the Eams chair and stretched her feet to get down on the floor. And the chair tipped over. It does that all the time with children. - It wasn't any drama or big movements, just getting down from the chair. The edge on the seat cut her toe off. Her face was all sream and no sound and with dark stockings on dark wooden floor I didn't understand first what happend until my hands were full of blood. I put her in the car and drove to the hospital. Luckily they managed to get all the pieces back on. But you couldn't tell it was a toe. It took over a year to heal. Now, luckily it looks right, but we keep the chairs away from our children and from guests with children. Even though they look great and is a great seat for grown ups. - Sorry that I had to tell you, but I've just watched your lovely photos of your child, and when this chair and your dream for it was the next thing - I feel I had to tell. Love from Norway

oops! that should read but... but let me tell you.. not nut! that's what i get for trying to type with a baby in my lap :)
My desk chair swivels but isn't on wheels and it is fine. Wheels are easier but no wheels is just fine.

Good luck in your quest!
No - not when I look at this image! I love this desk and teamed with that black chair...oh so stylish. So go for it (no wheels that is!)
