finally a rendered house, unsure why it took us so long? it wasn't like we were doing the work ourselves. i'm pretty sure it was ready to render about a year and a half ago, so no excuse.
now, all we need is to get those other little things done and then we could paint...

Looks fab! I know what you mean though - sometimes it takes ages to get things done around the house. I love your deck and the huge cactus - great look.
