hi all,
i've just put the girl to bed, after a busy day
our first bus trip into the city, although shopping is never fun with the girl, she is to independent to sit in a pram, other than that she would be almost the perfect child, oh well what kid is perfect?
anyhow, thought i'ld check out zara and see what the hype was about, yeah good but i still came home with nothing. another 'oh well' lest we had a nice coffee, strawberry milkshake and a slice of pear and raspberry loaf.
so haven't i been around much, i guess i've been hibernating,
it's spring now and i think i've already eaten my share if strawberries for the year, i have to fight the girl for them or quickly scoff them down so i get 3 to her 1, yes it's sounds evil but i really like strawberries too.

for some reason the girl likes playing with water even if it's the dogs water.

Hello right back at you. Lovely to see you pop up. The Zara thing, nope, still haven't checked it out. Did do some opping this weekend on the North Shore - maybe just as good, better even. :)
Lovely to check in with you Mel, Winter is definitely for hibernating and not much more! I have visited Zara in Melbourne a couple of times now and have been completely underwhelmed both times. Not sure what the fuss is about....

Hello again. Not a Famous Five reader? What about Secret Seven? Folk of the Faraway Tree? I am banging on a bit at the moment aren't I? I forget other people are reading and it's not just a conversation in my head.
Oh, an op shop book. I have one half written, I reckon. If only a publisher would just swish in and tell me it's just what they want on the top of their slush pile.
