here's a house update, haven't done one for donkeys
this is the finally of the big 'to do' things for our house
our deck! we decided to spend a little extra and use hardwood
we went with a sustainable light wood - tallowwood
we also decided to add another awning
more shade and cover from rain,
with almost 2 kids, i think this is a great decision
still not finished but very usable
we enjoyed most of the weekend out here

Oh wow, the deck looks awesome! We are hoping to do ours soon(ish), will be using yours as inspiration. We currently have lovely bi-fold doors that lead to nowhere.
Wow, lovely deck! I think the awning for shade is a wonderful idea.
